Hadn't played this in awhile--didn't realize this was an SBM mastered CD set. To my ears its the best Neil Diamond sound I've heard on Cd. Anybody heard better? all the right mixes?--seems they used the mono mixes of most of the Bang material and the box is very nice with lots of song commentary.
Steve--knowing you worked for MCA years ago--have you heard this set mastered by David Mitson? What are your recollections of the Neil Diamond catalog?
