Either in the theatre or at home.
I can think of two.Who Killed Roger Rabbit and the Titanic.I saw both in the theatre.
The older I get, I don't think it matters. I can fall asleep watching any movie. And, it sure can piss the wife off.
We might get to the theater once a year. We watch everything at home.

Rocky. Every single time. As soon as Adrian starts to yammer away.

Tried to watch The Seventh Seal on the late, late, Saturday night movie show. Didn't make it. This is a show that repeats its movies quite a bit, so it came on again one week, but I didn't make it again. But the third time I made it! :)
It was having to keep my tired eyes open all the time concentrating on the subtitles that kept doing me in.

There's been many over the years, but the only one I can think of at the moment is "Dead Poets Society". What a snoozefest!
My wife fell asleep at the show when we went to see Star Wars I, II, III. She loves the original three, but all three new ones put her to sleep half way through them...

When I was a kid, the turkey LORD JIM made me snooze for an hour. A nice nappy!

I can't say that I've done that in years. It's too easy now to just flip the movie off knowing that you can catch the rest at a later time.
Back in the days before cable, I'd often fall asleep during the "Late, Late, Late Show" or whatever, only to be awakened by a Crazy Eddie commercial or something. It's kind of hard to imagine watching a movie with commercials now, but back in the day it really tested your mettle.
Chariots of Fire comes to mind first.

Believe it or not, I fell asleep about 20 minutes into a midnight showing of Caligula, and save for a brief rally about halfway through was out until the credits. It may be violent and pornographic, but it's poorly made and dull, dull, dull. I also dozed off about 30 minutes into a matinee of Austin Powers: Goldmember. Both occurances were at the theatre.

I may have been very tired when I watched it, so I should give it another chance, but I fell asleep during "Kung Fu Hustle". (watching at home)

In college I snoozed through most of a midnight screening of "The Exorcist". That was the beer at work, not a reflection on the movie, though...

Out Of Africa. And last night I fell asleep to Titanic. Can someone tell me how it ends? Did they get rescued?

I've never made it through Days of Heaven without falling asleep. And I've tried to watch it at least a half dozen times. The cinematography is so beautiful and dreamlike, it just instantly propels me toward sleep. I always wake up at the end, with the girl walking along those railroad tracks, and I kick myself for not making it through once again.

If a concert film can qualify as a movie, The Song Remains The Same.

Almost anything I go to see at the cinema... combination of darkness and warmth does it everytime regardless of the film.
The Natural. I can't remember why, but we had to watch it in 9th grade English. It must have been shortly after it's initial release on VHS because this was a looong time ago. I remember getting in trouble for being seen nodding off!
I tried to watch it again a few years ago and it had the same effect!

While I rank it as one of the greatest of all time, for some reason I doze off a lot watching 'Blade Runner'

No, that's in the sequel.
