They hail from Brazil and are of Use Your Illusion I&II Live in Tokyo. I've only seen them on eBay, and haven't taken a chance on them yet, just curious if anyone else has. Thanks.

I would say stay away ! I bought the Joe Cocker-Mad Dogs/Englishmen
Dvd from Brazil, even though it's a legitimate "EMI" release. The sound
is supposed to be 5.1 ,but the sound/remastering is horrible. I have
a feeling they just took the sound off Vhs, and did no remastering at all.

Does Region "0" mean it'll play in any type of DVD player?

Correct. Another way of putting it is "Region Free."
I've got a couple of those Brazillian DVD's, a Ramones and a Who disc, neither of which have been released domestically in the DVD format. They run fine for me, though they're obviously taken from the same masters as the VHS versions were made from. Perhaps a domestic release would have slightly better picture, and a properly done 5.1 soundtrack, but it's still nice to have these on DVD.
