My dad just gave me his old Marantz 2238b, and it was a huge upgrade from my low-level Onkyo. Unfortunately, some of the lamps are dead. Though I don't listen to the radio much, I'd like to have those blue tuner lights and the "stereo" lamp to really complete the experience of this great sounding receiver. Anyone know how to change the lamps or know of a place online where I might find out how?

If they're like the ones on the 2220B, they are 8 volt fuse-style lights. The 3rd section of the following page describes these and offers Parts Express as a place to find them. I only replaced mine once... back in 1979 when they seemed pretty easy to come by and simple enough for a 10 year old to replace:

I will send a pack of seven, 8 volt panel fuse-lamps used in Marantz 22XX series receivers in the mail to any USA address for $9.00 flat.
