I had the pleasure of hanging out at member Stivo's house last night...
On top of great hospitality from Steve and his wife (awesome dinner!!),
I just thought I'd let you all know he's got some great sound going in his listening room, with a set of B&W 802D's and some very nice Sonic Frontiers tube gear.
I see Stivo has a Rega P25/RB-600 with a Benz Ace Med .8mv/Rega Exact. How did you like the set up? I'll bet it's pretty sweet!!
I had a P2 once and I have a Benz in storage....

It was great meeting Jeff, he's a great guy. A little chicken, a little wine, a little music, what more could you ask for? Oh, how about the SME 10 he had in the trunk of his car. :shh:
Thanks Jeff, my wife, and I, loved having you over. :righton:

The P25/RB-600/.8mv Ace is a very sweet combo. I think you need to find another Rega for that stored Benz. :righton:
Sounds like a good time!
You guys never visit me... :(

Possible... but I have other (potential) plans for it... it all depends if the service guy can revive my RD11 - it has a speed issue (spins too fast - you'd think a 1974 vintage table would be tired and spin too slow but, nope.... )

Is Jeff on some kind of road trip? Or has he taken on the role of traveling salesman in addition to the other hats he wears? (see the SME 10 in the trunk of his car)

Yes, he's working his way to Atlanta to have lunch with me.
He'll never get past my house. Sorry...

Yes, Jeff is on a major road trip, freely distributing SME 10s as he goes. Don't tell me you guys didn't get on the list!

Are you kidding me? It was my idea! That's the best table ever. :shh: :D
