Is DCC on-line store still operational?

Does anybody know if the DCC on-line store is still in operation? I ordered Endless Summer a couple of weeks ago and I have yet to receive it. Should I look elsewhere? :confused:

I'm not sure if the Dcc store is open but I do know that mail has been taking twice as long for delivery as it normally does. ;)
