A complete surprise on the cover of this week's Best Buy flyer: yet another four-disc, Best Buy-exclusive live concert DVD from the latest Rolling Stones tour, THE BIGGEST BANG. Like the last set, BIGGEST BANG retails for only $29.99.
The ad promises "over seven hours of full concert footage from around the world, including never-before released tracks and more." I don't see a HD-DVD or Blu-Ray mention.
The previous Best Buy set, FOUR FLICKS, was one of the best concert DVDs I've ever seen. Hard to believe there won't be a ridiculous amount of duplication, but $30 for four DVDs is hard to resist. Releases Tuesday along with the Traveling Wilburys comp for all us dinosaurs.
