at www.rogerebert.com. He doesn't cover all the new releases, understandably, but it's nice to have his reviews back, after months of substitutes. Hopefully, his recovery will continue unabated.

He's still the best, IMO. So glad he's back.

Good news. I love Rog, and he even hates one of my favorite movies (Lair of the White Worm). I don't care.
Keep going, Rog!

Roger's an inspiration.:righton:
Great news. There are so few reviewers whose opinions I seek out for movies, and he's right at the very top.

Great news indeed. One of the best writers around, and seems like a genuinely nice guy.

Great news. He can't talk apparently, he's missing part of his jaw. But his outlook on life is amazing. After going through something like that I'd hardly be as upbeat as Roger. What a class act!

He probably won't ever return to the tv show, and that's a shame. :shake:

Thanks a lot for the info. Roger Ebert is my favorite reviewer, and I have not visited his site much, since he was not reviewing movies. Now that he is back, I will be a more frequent visitor.

Never say "never", but prepare for the inevitable. I can't say I can accept Roeper becoming the "credentialed" one, even after all these years, because he's so "loose"; as much as I've enjoyed his guest "not/Ebert'"s, I think we need a stodgy, learned crank to offset him. Somebody who can effectively put him in his place, rather then just "agree to disagree".

Actually, Roger's been writing reviews for print for the last couple months - although I think this is the first time he's posted so many at once.
