Just got the newest copy of The Absolute Sound in the mail today. The entire issue is dedicated to vinyl including several reviews of turntables, cartridges and phono preamps. There's a nice section on how records work and how the master is created and the vinyl pressed. Very interesting stuff. There's a review of Steve's version of Joni Mitchell's Blue record. There's also a short interview with Bob Ludwig on the last page. Good issue.

Did they at least give Steve and Kevin a better review than they did of Yes Fragile?

I generally don't trust the music reveiwers in TAS and Stereophile when they adjudge the sound quality of a particular release or reissue. For example, when Beatles 1 was released, the reviewer (don't remember who, Robert Baird maybe) enthused about the sound quality, stating it was the best the Beatles have ever sounded. Ugh!
