Is there a free program that converts OGG to WAV is there a OGG Nero Plugin?

dBpoweramp. It's great and allows you to pretty much convert any format to any format. it's free except for MP3 conversion. but us audiophiles don't use MP3.

Yeah, what's with those web people formatting stuff in Ogg Vorbis?

See my post on FLAC-to-WAV conversion (same answer applies)...

Also, BitBurners Nero Plugins (http://www.bitburners.com/Nero_Audio_Plugins_by_MauSau/). They say they work on Nero 5 and 6, but also work in Nero 7.

Foobar2000 transcodes just about everything. Right-click on the track, choose "Transcode" then choose WAV from the menu window.

I have dbPoweramp - I guess I didn't realize that I needed the OGG codec!

The free VUPlayer seems able to do this although I've never tried with an OGG file.

I usually get my codecs at this Afterdawn site:
